Lyn has welcomed a new guide to mobile phone contracts which will help consumers in Newham save hundreds of pounds a year.  The new guide gives tips on questions to ask before buying a phone and how to get the best deal and upgrade to suit their needs.

The guide has been written by Ofcom, the independent telecoms regulator, with the consumer rights organisation Consumer Focus.
